Public ICT Access in the Dominican Republic
Virtual collaboration space to support the work of the local team in the Dominican Republic researching Public Access ICT as part of the study conducted by the Center for Internet Studies of the University of Washington in 25 countries.
The research takes place from December 2007 to August 2008 and includes an examination of physical infrastructure (libraries, telecenters, kiosks, etc.), public access policies, stakeholder analyses (especially within government), and the information needs of disadvantaged communities, among other
