On behalf of the Center for Internet Studies at the University of Washington, I am happy to inform you that we selected your statement of qualifications to conduct public access ICT research in the Dominican Republic.

Please note that this is not a confirmation of every aspect of your statement, as we will still need to negotiate final terms and establish a contract, if you choose to accept this offer to participate.

(...)

Congratulations! We look forward to beginning this exciting study with you as a research partner. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Best Regards,
